yes kd, zta & adpi are top tier. zta and adpi still have huge numbers of girls that dropped.

Top tier chapters have pros and cons it’s not all perfect. A lot of top girls leave bc they are not happy there.

Some leave because they don’t want to /can’t pay dues. Some leave so they can get their life back.
A majority of top chapters don’t have the close sisterly bond that other chapters do. I have friends in 2 top chapters and they have more pressure and stress than fun. It’s sad actually. The whole point of sororities is sisterhood and philanthropy.

Member retention is critical for all organizations. It speaks to how successful the organization is and whether it's worth joining. People want to join organizations with large and stable memberships. A loyal and dependable membership is the best foundation to build on and speaks highly about your organization in general.
