Because at least 20 thetas live on this site and keep bumping themselves when everyone with eyes know they are not above tri delt. Not even in tri just so obvious theta needs to pipe down

Axid has always been mid tier. They didn’t get better and rise. Theta rose up and was bumped to upper mid. Thetas are prettier, nicer, have a mansion, not in trouble, have leaders, win frat competitions…everything Axid doesn’t.
