Tri Delt won zero sweetheart comps, Theta won one. Theta is way more involved and they make the effort. Tri Delt is not what they used to be.

Both have pretty-average girls & both have good frat relations. Tridelt has more insta followers, Thetas have better srat relations because they are friendlier. Theta’s house is much nicer than Tridelt’s and Tridelt has a mess of internal issues. Overall Theta is a stronger and more successful chapter.
