It’s a very private process and sororities won’t talk about it openly because it is not allowed. Every house does it differently but there are most likely a few girls who are in charge of stalking/getting info on PNMs and then matching them with rushers. The intention is usually good. They just want to match PNMs to girls who have something in common so they are more likely to form a connection
