why is axid ranked over theta?

I’m curious as to why AXID is ranked over theta.
From my perspective both sororities have a majority of average looking girls, though, I think AXID lacks like a face group of really pretty girls, which theta has.
Also, theta’s house from the outside is one the prettiest houses at UCF.
Can someone explain why AXID is typically ranked over theta to me? I’m sincerely curious

Nooooo way AXID is over theta. Theta has some beautiful girls and they are so fun and nice.
