Every Gphi I’ve ever met has been flat out rude or standoffish. Plus, have you seen their Greek Rank page? Once you start having your members self rank you as Top Tier, you’re automatically the bottom of the bottom.

I would actually put DZ above kappa. They don't have a house, but they took a really nice and good looking PC this year! I would say they're on the come up. They're also super involved in PAN
