But if a sorority without a house can do as well as a sorority with a house, doesn't that make them kind of better than the sorority with a house? I'd put DZ ahead of Kappa and Chi O.

And yeah, a PiPhi made this. Put them where Theta is and move AXiD and ADPi up.
