Zeta Beta Tau - ΖΒΤ Fraternity at University of Central Florida - UCF 4.6 their fall 15 and spring 16 pledge class really has brought this fraternity up. used to be a bunch of weirdos but this year they really hit it off with kd and tri delt and there's a bunch of studs in it also. great guys and definitely dudes you'd take home to your family. they'll beat out kappa sig soon forsure

Zeta Beta Tau - ΖΒΤ Fraternity at University of Central Florida - UCF 2.4 Guys had a good year but they're a bunch of try hards who are socially inadequate. Still a solid middle tier but they need to start learning how to act around others in order to actually tier climb.

Zeta Beta Tau - ΖΒΤ Fraternity at University of Central Florida - UCF 3.2 They had a very good year this past year, but there's honestly nothing too spectacular about ZBT. Brotherhood is okay, obviously they are good at sports, but plenty would agree that many of them lack the social skills to compete with Kappa sig/ATO. It takes a lot more than one good year to establish yourself as a top house, which seems to be what they're aiming for. Time will tell if they can keep up. Wouldn't mind seeing them taking phi delt's "largest fraternity that's good at sports" crown
