Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at University of Central Florida - UCF 1.0 party was lowk mid. The house is absolutely disgusting and me and my friends left after 5 minutes. If theta chi actually had a nice house they could maybe stay #1, but at this rate they will be upper mid in the next few years.

Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at University of Central Florida - UCF 3.0 Gone to their house multiple times. The inside is a complete mess. It is a literal broken down motel. But the Backyard does make up for it. But only backyard is not always the greatest. Also the brothers were not very welcoming to me and felt like they just wanted to proceed.
