Some cute guys, but the vast majority are just average looking and weird at best

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Central Florida - UCF 4.2 No one knows Phi Delt the way my close sisters and I do. Forget what everyone else says. This page is full of self ranks and jealous middle tier voters. These guys are super popular, very attractive, but kind of disorganized and too big for everyone to be close. Super athletic. Great bar presence. They treated us (KD) great during hc.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Central Florida - UCF 1.6 On the serious decline.....some of the new guys are socially awkward, some arent. Just a mix of everything and a lot of them admit they wish they rushed elsewhere. Don't see them being top in the near future. But hey at least they have IM sports!

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Central Florida - UCF 3.4 Phi Delt has great reputation as a fraternity at UCF, but honestly from a guys perspective, there are just too many brothers in their chapter. Their brothers are very clicky and its almost like they have a frat within a frat. Also their house isn't too nice and isn't on campus which is a major downside.
