Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Central Florida - UCF 2.8 This chapter honestly might be a top chapter at UCF. That's not saying much because I know Phi Delt's at UF and Miami and Fsu and Alabama. I must say that the phi delts at everywhere else I've stated are much better looking and also aren't as conceded.
