Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Central Florida - UCF 3.4 They used to be top but are now consider middle but their newer pcs are pretty nice guys and they aren’t as douchy as they used to be.They could move up if they get their numbers up/get overall good guys and get more involved with all sororities/events.
