Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Central Florida - UCF 5.0 Their brotherhood is on top. Top house with good looks and an even better reputation. Phi Delts have a strong philanthropy and throw the biggest frat events—always packed and always a good time. They pair with top sororities, and you can tell sororities genuinely work hard for their philo. What really sets them apart though is the vibe: the guys are super chill, easy to talk to, and don’t have that weird ego some frats carry. The energy is always amazing, and their socials are consistently so funnn. Overall, an all-around top-tier house.
