Pi Phi rushed first, facts are facts even Aphi who dropped this year are miles ahead of Kappa. GPHI is third not Kappa, sorry kAPPA, but you are not a top house. DEAL WITH IT.

Pi Phi is number 1, Aphi and Gphi are interchanged for 2nd and 3rd, and Kappa is 4th but still a clear drop below the other 3.

Pi Phi is the top house here. A Phi 2nd (LOVE their recruitment video!!!)
Kappa is 3rd only because.....
GPhiB sharded themselves spending the last year on University Probation.
After that DG, SK, & Theta

Top Houses in my opinion (been here 4 years and seen ALOT)

Pi Beta Phi Kappa Kappa Gamma Kappa Alpha Theta

these three are the classiest and best all around, and no I'm not in any of these three, but they look for more than just what a girl looks like, not a fan of alpha phi or delta gamma and what they promote

Theta is not a top house, they were like 5 years ago but now they are dragging, and Kappa is not a top either. Pi Phi is a top house, DG could have been but blew their chance too many times. Looks like Gphi Aphi and Kappa are squatting on GR, it's very obvious.
