top tier

If I'm a little below average looking, average grades, pretty good involvement, and very wealthy (good clothes, getting makeup and hair done everyday for rush) do I have a good chance of being top tier sorority

Actually no, its not mean. Harsh maybe. But not mean. That's life, get used to it. Yes, the POINT of being in a sorority is finding girls who you are comfortable with but that doesn't mean thats what recruitment is based on. You can deny it all you want, but so much of rush is based off of appearences. I'm not saying that's a good thing, it's just the way it is.
