You're completely wrong..

So over the hate spewed here towards Alpha Phi. YES we are pretty. YES we like to party. YES we have daddy's money. YES we are involved. YES we get good grades! So please continue to rant about how bad we are....we know we're an elite sorority that's why the haters still write awful things on here about how low our ranking is on greekrank.com. Like get a life already. We're in the top 2 ~at least~ and that won't be changing any time soon!

I totally agree. Each house is the perfect house for someone. There's no need to be disrespectful and immature. Like seriously we're in college grow up!!

If you want to know the real rankings of sororities look at the comments that have been posted over the years. Aphi, pi phi, and gphi have ALWAYS been the top tier/debatably top 3 and always will be. Theta is also top tier. The only reason they aren't as good as the phis is because they were on probation all of last year. But now that they're off they will be also be the top with the phis! The phis are equally as good and the girls in these houses are all really pretty and fun.

i graduated from ua in 2005 and aphi was more of a middle tier house. back then it was dg, kappa, pi phi. gamma phi beta and kappa alpha theta were also up there but it was because they had so many members. my oldest brother was also an ato at ua and he told me the top 3 in his day were the "queen of hearts" - pi phi, kappa, gam phi. but do you even know who ato is? or sig ep? they were some of the biggest fraternities until they got kicked off, but now they are but a distant memory. not trying to argue the rankings here, just saying that the top 3 were clearly not "ALWAYS" the same. these things change over time and will continue to do so.

ur totally right. my dad was a sig ep and my mom was a pi phi in the 1980's. along with fiji that was the top frat at uofa. the top sororities were pi phi, kappa. dg, theta, and then gamma phi, who for some reason did not make their quota two years in a row, and my mom does not really know why. aphi was a very lower-middle house and that hierarchy stayed that way for decades. aphi has only been thought of as a top house for 3-4 years tops. I find it impossible to believe that dg and kappa won't make a full comeback in the future to top houses cuz they r so strong nationally and have always been so good here. mom says theta was the "tomboy" house so take that anyway you want to, but theta has changed alot from then to now, a top house, a scandal ridden house on probation... things change here more that at other schools, imo.

If you ask a girl in one of the phis what other house they preffed it will be one of the other phis. That's because they all pick really really similar girls. All of the girls in the phis are stunning, fun, and loved by the top tier frats. There isn't a top house. It's a top tier and it consists of aphi, pi phi, and gphi. Yeah other houses are getting better but the phis are on a whole other level and it's going to take a lot for that to change!
