Pretty much right except knock out kappa from the top. Pledge class is awful. Sk shouldn't be that hi. More lower middle under chi o. But pretty much right

kappa had the best return rates during rush and def has the hottest pc this year. theta's pc sucks. & there's no way you can put chio or adpi on the same level as tri delt or aephi.

Kappa does have a good return rate (not the best) , but also has a large drop out rate compared to the rest of the houses. They do have some hot girls in their PC but definitely not a top house this year. You need to be consistent to be a top house and 1 good pc won't change that around. If they continue like this then i guess well see. I think Chi O is middle tier.

I have a lot of adpi and aephi friends who are really cool but there's no avoiding the fact that they get the leftovers and give bids to girls rejected from all the other houses. The girls in adpi aephi are just not as hot as other houses, although there are some babes mixed in there.
Needless to say you shouldn't not accept a bid from those two because of their reputation. I know for a fact the bottom tier sororities have a much better sisterhood and less drama than the top tier houses. Trust the system of rush.

I totally agree with the comment before me. They have such sweet girls and i love all my friends in there. I am in another house but i liked these girls through recruitment. They both tend to have a lot of sophomore girls in their freshman PC's. That is deff not a bad thing. The top houses tend to pass on sophomores because they want the freshman to get the full sorority experience and have the freshman year be in the sorority. Don't let that fool you because the sophomores they get tend to be very pretty and sweet, so top houses passing on them is actually a good thing for these sororities.
Trust the system of rush because you will end up exactly where you need to be. I found my home at UA with my sorority and I'm sure you will too.
