is asa that bad?

Like all sororities, they only put their best looking girls on their social media. They're just a newer and smaller sorority. It's not that they're "that bad" they just aren't that integrated/involved or popular in greek and are unfortunately the sorority that gets most the girls that couldn't get into the other houses.

^^ I agree with the above reply. They didn't get a lot of members during formal recruitment last year but I think that's because people wanted a house or were afraid of what others thought. They just need to get more involved with all greek life and they'll be fine. Just go with whatever house you have the best connection with

Not having an actual house is a much bigger deal than you think to be totally honest

Theyre really nice girls! They're new on campus so not many know of them but #panhelllove. Theyre trying their best

go for whatever chapter makes you happy! if you focus on ranking instead of who your most comfortable with, you will not be happy.

I've only ever met a few but the ones I did meet were normal and cool, you just don't see to many of em interacting with other houses and some people on this sight have a superiority complex and think our houses make us in reality only a few people care and will judge you for it most of us don't have a problem with them

Honestly I have met alot of the girls in there and they're pretty sweet! They aren't your 'stereotypical" sorority girls which alot of boys (and girls) dig. The only problem is that they are new on campus and dont have a house. And its common for UA greeks to have houses but other than that, theyre doing a pretty good job for being here for a year?? I think. no one will care where u chose to go, if youre happy there then go for it!! They'll grow with time, we were all new chapters at one point.
Either way I don't live in my sorority house because I live off campus with sorority sisters and other girls in the greek system (:

If someone judges you for the house you end up in is that someone you really want in your life? I've heard maybe 3 people talk about them in a negative way besides that nobody really talks about them or cares

ASA girls are so sweet and nice!! They're new to campus so they have a smaller presence of campus, but that in no way makes them "bad". No one is going to judge you for being in ASA. The thing is college students have absolutely no time to judge other people for their letters or anything else. Do not stress over "ranks" or what you see on greek rank about house "personalities". Trust the process and you'll find your home during rush!
