Yes TKE officially got Ksigs house starting fall of 2019.

Either them or theta chi could have done so much with that house but it’s being wasted of tke. I feel like theta chi could have afforded it idk why they didn’t. Also I think nationally beta is loaded but they hate the Arizona chapter so yea those guys are broke Hahahaha
