business casual for men rushing

So for all you men that have gone through rushing the last day says wear business casual. Can anyone give some info on what that really means and what to wear ?

kacki pants and a collard button down with a belt would work fine. Nicer shoes (boat shoes or maybe dressier) Ppl disagree on tie or no tie, but your safe w out one probably. I'd stay away from a jacket

just wear a collared shirt and pants (no jeans). not like vans or chucks. as long as you look put well together thats all that really matters
