honest ratings

just rated all of the houses that are relevant to the u of a on the fraternity side, check em out and make your own judgement. was as fair as possible but its tough with some of the newer houses. thoughts on my ratings?

but I don't think you understand what bottom tier means (it means the last tier not every fraternity that isn't top or upper middle tier). Bottom tier was the houses you didn't bother to rate.
