Same tier as phi delt. Their parties at equivalent to every other houses kickbacks and I’ve been to PC parties that have been wayyy better then their “venues”

Cool frat that is welcoming to all. They don't do wristbands to get into their parties like most frats so their parties tend to have a pretty big turn out. They always have stuff to drink (I think I've only been there like twice when they ran out) and they are pretty chill dudes. Not snobby at all and are kinda more on the quiet side for social people (if that makes any sense).
