The fact that they are ranked the #1 fraternity at the a university of Arizona on Greek Rank shows how fake these "5 star" ratings are. Not social. Not attractive. Not a good frat. Highly doubt their status will change anytime soon.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Arizona - UA 1.8 These guys are the social equivalent to Tri-Delt. Bottom of the barrel here at U of A. Creepy, unattractive men who never throw parties and when they do their parties are very uncomfortable with weird girls and even weirder guys. Only thing they've got going for them is their puppy philanthropy, kudos for that.
