Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Arizona - UA 3.6 I went to the Teener the other night and most of the guys seemed really nice and down to earth! I definitely felt safe there and although the parties are absolute "ragers" they are still fun to go to when you want a more chill night. You can actually have genuine and intelligent conversations with guys in the house.

I can see this house on the rise considering they'll have the boathouse and teener. Parties are fun, their Hawaiian themed party was super fun as is their tequila Tuesday parties, I mean tequila tho am I right
