Always feels safe to go there and boys are really friendly. Most improved chapter. They should throw more often.

Very safe and “geeky” frat. Lowkey weird and have a poor brotherhood. They have a nice house but that’s all they have going for them. Their socials are meh and give off middle school dance vibes. It’s fine is there’s no other house is throwing.

Either you haven’t been to Dchi recently or you’re a ‘rival’ frat. I could see these comments being true a year or two ago, but recently they’ve been the house to go to south of campus and I feel this is a common belief…

LOVE D-CHI, easily the best but yet most underrated fraternity on campus. They have the nicest and most quality guys and they deserve to be back on row

Overall an awesome house that has improved from their start in the spring of 2022. The physical house while not on row is nice and it’s an apartment complex next to SNU with a massive courtyard. Their pledge classes have also gotten better and gotten some really cool guys who are good looking and know how to have a good time! Love their parties! Look forward to seeing them improve!

Known for being super nerdy. Not the most attractive guys and brotherhood is all over the place. I do feel safe at their parties but they feel like middle school dances.

They have one of the nicest and cleanest houses. They just need to throw more parties, and more people should know of their presence. The guys are really nice and very caring. They should involve and interact more with other sororities and try to make a good connection with them.
