Amazing sorority that is often targeted by other sororities and frats because of a specific few people who are no longer present. From an outside perspective, they seem to be doing much better and have formed a strong sisterhood. I am not in this sorority but I can say when we function with them they are always friendly and respectful and make sure to take care of their sisters. They seem to be working on greek relations and I wish them luck.

Biggest house aka biggest “club”, it’s known they don’t always get along but they are trying to work on it. Great if you want a lot of sisters but not the place if you can’t deal with typical drama etc

Incredible group of girls who are real and have the best sisterhood on campus. Known for being cute, friendly, and quirky. The girls are super involved and just great to be around. This house has definitely been on the rise over the past couple years.

Have been letting pretty much anyone join their house solely for numbers. Common knowledge to the rest of campus that they have a lot of house drama because of this. Only thing they have going for them is grades and numbers, definition of paying for friends

I went to a few rush events last semester and they were so weird, it made me uncomfortable. I’m glad I didn’t end up joining because I’ve heard nothing but drama and pettiness come from them. They keep to themselves and really contradict themselves when they talk about how fun and social they are because I never saw them out and they were rarely together on campus. I ended up never becoming a part of Greek life because of the things I’ve witnessed from theta phi. Don’t waste your time with rush events!!
