Sig chi below phi delt or phi psi? nah
DX is not with phi delt and phi psi thats crap.
But below lambda chi or delt is a stretch. They're at 70 guys and the others are way smaller.
Pairings arent the best measure but sig chi is with theta GGN 2014 and delta chi is with theta DM 2014 I think

Quality>Quantity, but quantity doesn't hurt.

Sig Chi's spring pledge class isn't great though...
Phi Psi and Phi Delt are definitely challenging Sig Chi's previous spot.
