Alpha Epsilon Pi - ΑΕΠ Fraternity at University at Buffalo, The State University of New York - UBSUNY 2.8 Definition of overrated. Think they are relevant because of their house location and the fact girls feel comfortable at their house. Kids wouldn't last 5 minutes in any real social setting. Only thing they got going for them is that they are nice and if you want nice there's plenty around you don't need to lower your self-esteem to be associated with them. Overall just a weird bunch of kids physically and socially.
