Alpha Phi Delta - ΑΦΔ Fraternity at Pennsylvania State University, Altoona - PSUA 2.5 Im a freshman and go to APD often. The house is nice enough but the brothers are just ew... The brothers tend to stay all 4 years so they're complete losers. Overall a bottom frat, Chi Ro is a much better experience.

Alpha Phi Delta - ΑΦΔ Fraternity at Pennsylvania State University, Altoona - PSUA 4.7 They are a great group of guys I see around campus all the time. They didn’t really enter the party scene until the last 2 years but they’ve been great!
