Nope - carleton has a panhel but no IFC, frats aren't obligated to start one so they don't since then they would have to do rush without parties

lol I know a lot of school like western and UofT for instance that have IFC and still does rush with parties

So you guys have individual recruitment for sororites then? You should consider getting panhel and going to formal recruitment... it's so much better
