best frat ranking for 2026

Touse: Fiji, SAE, Delt, KA
Historically have always been the best, super selective and fill their PCs super early, and most sororities mix with them. Place the most guys into Cowboys/Silver Spurs as well.

Lower Touse: SigEp, ZBT, KSig
All really good but a step down from the top, still selective but have rush late into the summer and sometimes even the fall, mixes with Tri Delt/Chi O/Zeta and some of PKT. Have some placements into Cowboys/Silver Spurs.

Upper Mouse: Pike, Sigma Chi (now Pi Kapp), Sammy, Phi Psi
Really nice houses, usually have rush into the fall and take in big PCs so the guys are hit or miss, mix with APhi/AXO and maybe Zeta or Tri Delt. Sigma Chi was historically lower touse and Pi Kapp was historically bouse so they even out to upper mouse, and I assume they stay there with the Sigma Chi members and house but it really depends on their incoming PC.

Lower Mouse: Beta, BYX, Delta Sig, AEPi
All are pretty underrated and offer good brotherhood and connections but not as known as the rest. All rush into fall. Would probably mix with DG/KD/ADPi. Beta definitely has potential to move up a lot with their recent PCs and their new house.

Bouse: Lambda Chi, DU, TKE, Theta Chi
Bigger names nationally but pretty small at UT. All have some chill and down to earth guys. If you rush here you'll probably get a bid. Mix with ADPi/AXiD and probably some spirit orgs.

Irrelevant: Chi Phi, Phi Kappa Sigma, Zeta Psi, Acacia
Have only really heard of Acacia from this tier, I only saw the rest on the IFC website. Can't really speak on this tier but would assume they aren't super selective during rush, and probably mix with spirit orgs.
