why does everyone hate on kappa sigs, delts?

Why does everyone hate on Kappa Sigs, Delts, Sigma Chi's, and SAE? Are they really that bad? I'm trying to weigh my options.

SAE and KS are top 3 or 4 on campus.

They pick on Delt because they're jealous. Delt has studs like Matthew McConauhy, etc. SAE etc. just produce alcoholics.
