no one, if anything people are losing houses. y'all are witnessing the decline of fraternity life at UT. Fewer guys & no support from nationals or the university are killing everyone except those at the very top. enjoy it while it lasts.

Sigma Chi should be getting their house next year
Pike’s new house should be ready by the end of next semester
Beta Lambda Chi and DU are all getting a new house in the next year or two from what I’ve heard, that should be it

Better demographic at ACC. UT is not what it used to be. Not enough traditional guys. Also hostile environment created by administration.

It takes a tremendous effort to keep a fraternity between the ditches. Left alone, without supervision, most will self-destruct.
