Any advice for a transfer rushing fraternities from OOS, so won't be able to make any informal summer stuff

Rush upper middle tiers like Pike, Delt, Phi Psi. Honestly Pike & Delt are the only 2 worth your time, phi psi’s chapter as a whole is 1/2 new members which is a terrible look. Pike & Delt are very comparable as far as rankings but have very, very different reputations so my advice would be to rush those 2 and see where you fit.
