2019 sorority rush
by: <3Do top tier sororities even consider you if you have <1,000 followers on ig cus I've been doing my research and literally every girl in most sororities has more than that. As a girl with a lesser social media presence, this is really the only thing holding me back from rush because I have good grades, personality, and looks but I don't really flaunt my life around online.

No, it’s not a problem. Most girls get a lot of their followers upon arriving in college and meeting people at their dorms, in their sororities, etc. But lose the attitude that “that’s the only thing holding you back” because it’s not a good look to be so self important. Arrogance won’t take you far in rush and if you think you’ve got everything and you’re a shoe-in for every house, it’s more annoying than anything

She said “holding her back from rush” not holding her back in rush.
It doesn’t matter to actives at all but you should realize that those girls in top sororities know a lot of people coming in and those followers numbers are often so large because of connections. Just be prepared and don’t think you have to have a “top” sorority to end up happy!
