They're all top tier, and I wouldn't be surprised if Kappa Sig gives SAE and Fiji a run before long. They put way more effort in than those two.

Sigma Chi is above Delt. Speaking from a ladies point of view. Sigma Chi is trying where as Delt is try hards.

up try hard in the dictionary there's a picture of Sigma Chi. How on earth anyone could think Delt are bigger try hards than Sigma Chi I don't know. Sigma Chi define try hards.
