I've seen many of the above groups hanging out. It's not necessarily as mixers per se, but just personal friends. Do they all know each other before college or what?

People knew each other in high school or from camp. Plus, girls actually do meet people in other sororities in college in their dorm.

Absolutely. Many know one another from high school, but also the big CAMPS. Well, maybe DG doesn't have as many.
