Sigma Delta Tau - ΣΔΤ Sorority at University of Texas at Austin - UT 3.0 Yes they may have an unfortunate house for now, but the girls themselves honestly seem quite nice. There are a few who are pretty this year too. That's a good start. For what the experience is, I'm sure they're able to make the best of it. It's definitely not everyone's thing, but why discourage?

Sigma Delta Tau - ΣΔΤ Sorority at University of Texas at Austin - UT 3.0 It sucks that y'all have such a hard time with formal rush. I strongly advise getting a house, it'll change a lot. After all, girls are looking for the "sorority experience." Thankfully, you already have 2 or 3 absolutely beautiful girls, so that definitely helps. It's an uphill battle. It'll require time, effort, and a very strong-minded type of girl to join and improve the chapter in this area. Keep going. Focus more on tradition to stake an identity in. Be pickier. Look for social skills.
