Zeta Psi - ΖΨ Fraternity at University of Texas at Austin - UT 3.4 These guys haven't done anything particularly weird in recent years to damage their reputation, but they really need to focus on rushing more people. Their house can hold a chapter way bigger than what they have now and until they grow they'll only ever be a decent spot to party. Other than that, if you're gonna go bottom tier for money reasons or because you want a smaller chapter or whatever, this seems like the best option.

Zeta Psi - ΖΨ Fraternity at University of Texas at Austin - UT 3.8 They could use some work on looking the part of frat guys (wearing their letters, mixing with sororities and all), but these guys know how to rage and don't pretend to be frat stars. They embrace who they actually are and just focus on having a good time.

Zeta Psi - ΖΨ Fraternity at University of Texas at Austin - UT 4.6 Cool group of guys that don't try to act all hard like some other fraternities. I think their house is being renovated so they're only going to get bigger. With a few improved sorority relations these guys could jump into greek prevelancy.

Zeta Psi - ΖΨ Fraternity at University of Texas at Austin - UT 4.0 If you don't believe me or some of these other people you should check out one of their parties and see for yourself. These guys rage hard and don't pretend to be above just having a great time. Also every time I've walked past their house this summer there were renovations going on so I'm excited to see what they have in store.
