Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of Texas at Austin - UT 3.4 Had a good run on the lower end of the top tier, but a series of risk management issues brought to light leadership deficiencies and operational problems making member development programming consistent with being a highly valued partner in higher education. Enhanced partnership between all stakeholders and total alignment with current expectations of Sigma Phi Epsilon will make Texas Alpha not only the best fraternity on campus, but the best student organization overall.
