Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of Texas at Austin - UT 3.3 One of the better small fraternities. What holds them back from being relevant in the middle tier is their house size and location. Will become much better with a West Campus house.

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of Texas at Austin - UT 3.8 The only thing holding them back is that house. I have heard some rumors about them packing up and moving to west campus, but who knows when that will happen. I guess its not all about the house though, but it limits the size of their parties and pledge classes. Never the less, they have some great guys and fun parties. Check Them out!

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of Texas at Austin - UT 4.0 is that they dont have a good house which limits pledge class size and party size... get a new house and couple of 25-30 member pledge classes and they would be in the top of the middle tier
