Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of Texas at Austin - UT 5.0 I live next door to these guys. They're the best neighbors I could hope for out of a fraternity. Obviously, the parties and stuff get loud, but they let all their neighbors know in plenty of time when the parties are going to happen. They even offer us money to move our cars for the night and stay somewhere else if we want to. They're very courteous.

I live next door to these guys. They're the best neighbors I could hope for out of a fraternity.
