They have no house, I've heard stories about them having a high new member drop rate this semester because they basically lie about having no pledgeship but then expect to be able to treat new members like pledges, their quasi-pledgeship is already half-assed to begin with... So many issues that Phi Delt and Pi Kapp will overtake them in a few years and they'll be back in rock bottom. Best things I can say about them is they have someone in Cowboys and their numbers are still decent.

Upper tier social club. The guys could mesh with the middle tier fraternity crowd, but with no house and a weak pledgeship they're more like Tejas and Wranglers than a UT fraternity. The guys are fine but their parties will always suck in relation to other houses.

The perfect middle tier fraternity. Coming from me, a girl that only went to top fraternity parties/events, Lambdas really surprised me with what they offered me. Cute gentlemen, who know how to have fun. Once they get the right property, top house for sure.

They don't even have a house, or a pledgeship. They can only go downhill and they're already irrelevant. I can't seem to find a legitimate reason to pledge here.

The fact that they don't have a pledgeship means that while the guys there are nice, they definitely have some weird ones. Their dues are low, but now that they don't have a house, there's no way they can compete socially, and it's going to hurt them. They take the brotherhood part seriously, but they definitely aren't frat enough to attract the guys that could make them big in Greek life

While these guys aren't the top fraternity, they definitely seem to have a good time together. Most of the guys are really cool and not creepy at all like a lot of other fraternities. Definitely a middle tier fraternity with a really good chance of rising in the ranks if they could secure a good house.

These guys are just big enough to not be considered bottom tier and just small enough to be directly under ATO in the list of relevant frats. They're so middle of the road that my experiences with them quite honestly blend in with my experiences at other houses because there is nothing special about them at all. However, they are in a position where they can become relevant in the next few years, especially if ATO and Delt continue to desecrate their once mighty chapters the way they have been.

No house, weak pledgeship, and low dues = weak brotherhood and crappy parties that are few and far between. Plus Joey Moore is in this fraternity
