Phi Gamma Delta - FIJI Fraternity at University of Texas at Austin - UT 2.6 TOOLS. biggest tools on campus. I don't think anyone has a brain of their own in that fraternity..they all just kind of follow each other and copy one another to try and act cool and fit in and actually think they are being cool when in reality everyone just laughs at them and how weird they actually are. You can ask any girl how much more fun SAE and Sig Ep has been over the past couple of years. Still top tier yeah but definitely not number 1 and continues to slip
