Fade Delt, biggest larp frat

Why is Delt consistently considered upper-mid? They don't have a basement to throw in, they don't have a nice house, and they barely throw. They average PCs of 15 to 20, none of them are especially cool guys, and they have a ton of duds, especially in the spring. Their pledge process is also absolutely miserable and your basically doing it for nothing.
