pike is solid but they are losing their house i can only imagine they will have a hard time with fall rush probably will fall, DU has fun socials always such a fun time all the brothers are awesome no complaints and there backyard is super cool and there on the lake

Ksig is up and coming they have potential just not there yet still have a couple questionable guys but still pretty fun, lodge is usually a good time langdon helps them a lot guys are chill, delt is in a similar sintuation to ksig theyve been trending up just still have a lot of work to do

Aepi i heard has weird guys although they throw solid parties, tke has prob one of the better houses indifferent about them some ok parties some flop, havent heard anything good about phidelt should be way higher just no recognition yet they have really good parties and an awesome brotherhood in the coming years i think they will make big jumps, contrary to what everyone believes i think zbt is superior to sammy and aepi they have awesome parties and there brothers are super welcoming and fun they have an awesome freshman class
