SX will rise quickly like KS has. Idk what their nationals rules are but as long as they can use that house they will. That along with their name is more than enough to make them too 10 easy maybe top 5. I hear pike and SX will both help each other to throw joints in the future, if that happens like and SX will. E the top 2 easy and the next best will be SAE Fiji Beta KappaSig DU and Delt.

SX is one of the biggest fraternities nationally and they wont have restrictions the way SigEp will have next year so they should be able to use the house. Idk about pike and sx throwing together that realistically isnt gonna happen. They obviously have weirdos right now but next fall/spring rush will attract better pnms given their house. SX also did well before they got booted but I think Fiji Sae and Beta will always be top given the lake houses.

Im assuming their pcs/members now arent as high quality but once they get their house back maybe it’ll attract better pnms
