SAE doesn’t have as many good looking guys as they used too. Fiji is definitely 1 then pike.

I think Beta Honestly has the nicest, SAE is nice but not the cleanest, I do love the beach and balcony at k sig, Pike probably has the best for parties indoors, every other house isn’t really close.

SAE is BOUSE their pcs as of recently genuinely have an average height of 5’6 and they don’t even look good. Pike fell off, Beta never throws. What frats still have tall good looking guys. Only guys I have seen that are tall were Lodge, K sig, and Delt.

I think ranking should just be based off of quality of the guys in terms of looks, height, and character. So this isn’t accurate.
