Gamma Phi is a great house, but there is absolutely no consensus that they are far and above the best house of campus. To be honest, they tend to be a little bit boring and dry. Very classy, definitely the most preppy out of the top three. Very blonde and pink kindof. This may or may not be a good thing but you don't actually hear about them all that much. very girly.

OK, now I'm pretty sure you either don't go to school here or have no concept of reality in terms of the Greek system at Madison. First you call PiPhi unsocial to the point that it makes them bottom tier (lol), then you call Gamma Phi (who most people would say is the top house) unsocial and awkward.

Top tier for sure. I rushed this semester and ended up not accepting a bid anywhere but Gphi was pretty cool. Had some weird girls however and their entire recruitment process was awkward and strange. From what it seems though they're too house and more genuine girls. Some are awkward and unsocial though. At least the vibe I got!

Graduated in 1983. Gamma Phi's were the friendliest, kindest, funniest and most out going girls on campus. They were Cheerleaders, Bucky Badger, Student Body President, Little Sisters, Snow Princesses, Homecoming Court, etc. My first Love and Heart Break was a Gamma Phi! Keep up the tradition Ladies!

So ladies, I'll be posting this on every sorority to bump up averages. Think of it this way: in all the bashing and hate, we have brought ourselves down as a Greek community. The UW sororities are associated with frankly some crappy percentages on here. Send more love than hate, and happy Holidays!

Gamma Phi is easily one of my favorite sororities. Some are a bit closed-minded about the frats they'll hangout with, but whenever I get the chance to be with them I take it. Overall: really hot, really fun, really bright.

I think I just rated them a five. And I meant it. Every GPhi I've met is a total sweetheart, drop dead gorgeous and just have that dazzling personality. I don't think they're actually number one on campus, but they should be. Only caveat is that they aren't the brightest, but they aren't stupid either. Would definitely join if I got a bid.

Gamma Phi is far and away considered the top house (I've been in the greek system for 4 yrs). If I was in a "top tier" sorority, I would want to be in Gamma Phi. Being the classiest and nicest girls in the top tier doesn't seem to hurt them at all. They are popular with all the fraternities. Not "boring" at all, though they could be more involved. And they aren't really blonde (as stated below), either. I always think of Kappa as being the blondes and Gamma Phi as being the brunettes.
