Zeta Beta Tau - ΖΒΤ Fraternity at University of Wisconsin, Madison - UW 3.6 Definitely on the rise, got better every year I was at the UW. Definitely still no higher than middle tier though. Their house is kinda small and they could party a bit more but I know they have a really tight knit brotherhood and I haven't ever heard of a girl having a problem with the guys there.
